Merchandise returns must be made within 30 days from purchase date and will not be accepted unless product is unused, and in its original and saleable condition. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

REFUND POLICY FOR SEMINAR ENROLLMENT
(a) The tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment. An application fee of not more than $25.00 may be retained by the school if the application is denied. (b) All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within 3 business days after signing a contract with the school. (c) The policy shall adhere to the refund policies of applicable state, federal, and accrediting agencies. All refunds shall be returned within 30 days.
Please call our office within 3 days of shipment arrival to report damage. We ask that you please call the carrier immediately for a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. All original packaging materials and cartons must be retained for inspection purposes.
If an order is returned to us due to its being refused or no one is present to accept the package, you will be responsible for the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. If the package is re-shipped, double freight charges will be imposed. No further orders will be shipped until your account is clear. Please make the necessary arrangements to accept your shipments.
